Lockshanks are available in 14k and 18k yellow and white gold and platinum. They can be ordered in sizes 4 through 12. Widths range from 2.0 to 10.5mm. Some sizes are available from findings catalogs, and the others are available directly from De le Vin Designs.

By installing a Lockshank®, one can avoid having to have rings cut off during the late stages of pregnancy. Your customers will appreciate the suggestion.

Wedding ring sets are often soldered together. A single Lockshank® can be installed on such a set.

The button on the locking trigger fits securely into the hole on the grooved piece. This makes a positive lock that cannot accidentally come open; it can only be opened by physically lifting the trigger button out of the hole.

Lockshanks® can be installed on multiple or offset rings.
